MAT 5:22-22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother
will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother,
'Raca, ' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You
fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.
Characteristics of Anger / Temper
PRO 14:17-17 A quick-tempered man does foolish things, and a crafty
man is hated.
PRO 14:29-29 A patient man has great understanding, but a quick-tempered
man displays folly.
PRO 15:18-18 A hot-tempered man stirs up dissension, but a patient
man calms a quarrel.
PRO 16:32-32 Better a patient man than a warrior, a man who controls
his temper than one who takes a city.
PRO 17:27-27 A man of knowledge uses words with restraint, and a
man of understanding is even-tempered.
PRO 19:19-19 A hot-tempered man must pay the penalty; if you
rescue him, you will have to do it again.
